I don’t have much to say, which is kind of a complaint but also definitely not one. Everything showed up exactly like I ordered it, and there were no issues at all. Not the most exciting experience, but that’s exactly what I wanted.

I got my refund quicker than I expected, honestly. I know some people might say refunds take forever, but that wasn’t my experience at all.

I liked the products themselves, but the shipping was annoying. My order showed up a few days later than expected, and the tracking basically didn’t move for around 3 or 4 days. Customer service did reply, but it didn’t really clear anything up or fix much. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush.

I randomly decided to order from thirteenlune.com, i was happy with it. The shipping cost felt fair, and there wasn’t some random extra fee suddenly showing up at checkout, which always makes me want to abandon my cart immediately. My order arrived in a decent amount of time too. I’d definitely shop there again because the final price didn’t make me regret buying it.

The staff did help me once someone finally got to me, so I’ll give them that. But I waited way too long, and that felt like the store’s fault for not having enough people available or not paying attention to customers waiting around.
